Kling is one of the models people ask for by name. So the first thing to say is that you do not have to choose. Kling 3.0 is one of the models in Blooper. What you are choosing between is Kling’s own app and a production agent that uses Kling alongside other models.
Models
Kling’s app is where Kling’s newest models land first. As of October 2026, Kling 4.0 is in early access there, from 30 September, with a wider rollout planned. Kling describes it as making clips up to 30 seconds in one go, taking up to 10 keyframes and up to 15 references (images, videos and subjects), with stereo sound. The app also offers Video 3.0, 3.0 Omni and Image 3.0 Omni.
Blooper has Kling 3.0, and next to it Veo, Seedance and other models for video, and image models for stills. The current list and every price are on our pricing page. Kling 4.0 is not in Blooper today. If you need it this week, Kling’s app is the place.
How a project runs
In Kling you write a prompt, add references or keyframes, and generate. It is a strong generator, and it is built around one family of models.
Blooper works the way a production does. You write a brief in plain words. It asks the one question that would otherwise cost a day of wrong shots. It shows you stills to judge, and only the frames you keep become clips, in the order of the cut. When a shot suits Kling it can use Kling; when another needs a longer take or a different look, it can use another model. When the client writes back on a frame, the shots that note touches update, and the earlier versions are kept.
Pricing
Kling sells monthly plans with monthly credits. Kling’s own credit guide, published in July 2026, lists a free Basic plan, Standard at $6.99 for the first month and $8.80 after, and plans up to Ultra at $127.99 for the first month and $159.99 after. Check Kling’s site for today’s numbers: they change. Kling says subscription credits last one month, credits you buy separately last two years, and failed generations are refunded. Its paid plans include commercial use and remove the brand watermark; Basic is not for commercial use.
Blooper has no subscription. You buy prepaid credits, one credit is one cent, and they never expire. Each model’s price, Kling 3.0’s included, is published before you start.
Teams
We found no team plan or shared workspace on Kling’s pages. In Blooper, credits belong to the team, so one purchase covers everyone, and guests can be invited to comment on a project.
Memory
Kling keeps characters and objects consistent within a generation through its references. Blooper adds creative memory across projects: short notes and rules about how you, your team and each client work, which the agent reads before it plans a shot. Creative memory is in early access: it runs on Blooper’s own team first, and a team admin switches it on when it reaches them.
