Leonardo.Ai calls itself the creator-first generative AI platform. Much of it is about images: its own Lucid and Phoenix models, an image editor, an upscaler, and training your own models. It now does video too. Blooper starts from the other end. It is a production agent for video, and stills are a step in making the film.

Models

As of October 2026, Leonardo offers its own models, Lucid Origin, Lucid Realism, Phoenix and Motion 2.0, and other labs’ models such as Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Seedance, Seedream and Nano Banana.

Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 and Seedream are in Blooper too. Leonardo’s own models are not. Blooper’s full list, each model with its price, is on our pricing page.

How a project runs

Leonardo gives you generators and editors for images and video, an AI storyboard generator, and references for character, style and content. On some plans you can also generate without limit at a relaxed speed, which is a real advantage if you make a lot of images.

Blooper works the way a production does. You write a brief in plain words, the way you would brief a crew. It asks the one question that would otherwise cost a day of wrong shots. It shows you stills to judge, and only the frames you keep become clips, in the order of the cut. When the client writes back on a frame, the shots that note touches update, and the earlier versions are kept. Every file shows what it was made from.

Pricing

Leonardo sells subscription plans with monthly tokens, for individuals and for teams, and has a free plan; see its pricing page for today’s prices. Its help center says paid plans bank unused tokens for up to three months, and that the bank is lost if you cancel.

Rights differ by plan. Leonardo says paid plans give you ownership of what you generate. On the free plan, Leonardo holds the rights and grants you a licence, and your generations are public.

Blooper has no subscription. You buy prepaid credits, one credit is one cent, and they never expire. Every model’s price is published before you start.

Teams

Leonardo’s team plans share collections and assign roles. In Blooper, credits belong to the team, so one purchase covers everyone, and guests can be invited to comment on a project.

Memory

Leonardo keeps a look consistent with references and trained models. Blooper adds creative memory across projects: short notes and rules about how you, your team and each client work, which the agent reads before it plans a shot. A client’s house colour stays with that client and never reaches another. Creative memory is in early access: it runs on Blooper’s own team first, and a team admin switches it on when it reaches them.
