Of every tool on this list, LTX Studio is the one whose idea is closest to Blooper’s: plan the film before you render it. It is built for filmmakers, advertisers and creative teams, and it goes from concept to final cut. So the comparison is about how each one plans, not whether it does.

Models

As of October 2026, LTX Studio offers Lightricks’ own LTX-2.5 and LTX-2.3, and LTX-2 has open weights, which is rare and useful if you want to run a model yourself. It also hosts other labs’ models, such as Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 Pro, Seedance 2.0 and Nano Banana.

Veo 3.1 and Kling 3.0 are in Blooper too. The LTX models are not. Blooper’s full list, each model with its price, is on our pricing page.

How a project runs

LTX Studio gives you the tools of pre-production: storyboards, with AI storyboards from the Standard plan, pitch decks, Elements for consistent characters, objects and locations, node-based Flows for automation, and an editing space. You lay the film out, scene by scene, and render from it. If you like to build the plan with your own hands, that is a strong way to work.

Blooper plans with you in conversation. You write a brief in plain words, the way you would brief a crew. It asks the one question that would otherwise cost a day of wrong shots. It shows you stills to judge, and only the frames you keep become clips, in the order of the cut. When the client writes back on a frame, the shots that note touches update, and the earlier versions are kept. Every file shows what it was made from.

Pricing

LTX Studio sells monthly plans. As of October 2026: a free plan with 800 one-time credits, Lite at $15 a month or $12 billed yearly with 8,000 credits, Standard at $35 or $28 with 28,000, and Pro at $125 or $100 with 110,000. Monthly credits do not roll over. LTX’s help center says you own your outputs, and that Free and Lite are for personal use, with commercial use from Standard up.

Blooper has no subscription and no plan tiers. You buy prepaid credits, one credit is one cent, and they never expire. Every model’s price is published before you start.

Teams

LTX Studio’s Pro plan allows three collaborators per project; Enterprise adds unlimited collaborators, SSO, centralized brand management and organisation-wide credits.

In Blooper, credits belong to the team, so one purchase covers everyone, and guests can be invited to comment on a project.

Memory

LTX keeps a project consistent with Elements and a Brand Kit. Blooper adds creative memory across projects: short notes and rules about how you, your team and each client work, which the agent reads before it plans a shot. A client’s house colour stays with that client and never reaches another. Creative memory is in early access: it runs on Blooper’s own team first, and a team admin switches it on when it reaches them.

The short version

Choose LTX Studio if you want to build the storyboard and the deck yourself, or want open-weight models. Choose Blooper if you want to brief in a sentence and let an agent plan, ask and show you stills, with a memory of every client and credits that keep.

Choose Blooper if

  • you want to brief in a sentence and have the agent plan, ask, and show you stills, rather than build the storyboard yourself
  • you want credits that never expire, with no plan tiers
  • you work for several clients and want each one's notes carried into the next brief

Choose LTX Studio if

  • you want to lay out the storyboard and pitch deck yourself, scene by scene, before you render
  • you want LTX's own models, including open weights you can run elsewhere
  • you want node-based automation (Flows) or LTX's API
